In this session the group will go through a number of physical and mental challenges. We will explore team dynamics, types of groups and group members and building group identity.

In this session we will explore Zionism in the reality of 2024. Using experiential methods, the group will explore themes such as modern day Zionism, its relevance to their personal lives and more. 

In this session the teens will be faced with deep reflection questions and situation. By using a unique approach and methods, they will have to confront their true and raw selves. The teens will also understand what type of leader they are, and what type of leader they would want to be.

In this session the group will understand the importance of building a clear vision while building a team. The group will learn to build a vision for themselves and develop the leading values for their team. 

In this session the teens will develop the skills necessary to be able to "go out to the world" (e.g. college campuses, public schools etc.) and lead from the front. By harnessing skills to organize, learning how to map out potential partners and developing a deep sense of social awareness, the teens will leave feeling empowered and capable to take action. 

In this session the group will go through an experiential experience that will guide them to internalize that each one of them has the power to have an immense impact on the world around them. 

In this session the group will go through a number of challenges, all aimed at sharpening their decision making skills. Additionally, the teens will learn a number of decision making techniques that can practically help them in their day-to-day lives. 

This session focuses on giving the teens the practical tools to speak publicly. They will learn, and practice the tools, and take home with them a new "kit" that no matter the situation, they can utilize for their own benefit.  

In this "lecture" style session, the teens will learn the most fundamental parts of Israeli history, how we got to where we are today and how to face tough questions. In the age of social media when we are constantly exposed to information, knowing what is true and what is not has never been more crucial. 

For this option, I will sit with the program's leadership, and build a custom leadership session tailored to the specific goals of the group and community.
